Two foundations can help you make a difference in meeting the health care needs of our communities. Donations from generous neighbors like you help the SMDC Foundation and the Miller-Dwan Foundation offer services to patients and community members as well as purchase new technologies and organize outreach efforts such as support groups and health education.
